Return Policy

At Opal Beauty Store, we truly value your trust and want every shopping experience with us to be worry-free. Our returns and replacement policy is only applicable if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. In such cases, you must notify us within 3 to 5 days of delivery and share clear pictures of the parcel and item as proof. To be eligible for a claim, the product should remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice.

All claims must reach our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date. Once the returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect it, and if approved, we will issue either a replacement or a coupon for your next purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring safe return of the parcel, so products must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We do not accept returns or replacements for reasons such as change of mind, shade preference, or product choice. Additionally, cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances, and a store coupon will be provided instead.

Products purchased through our online store cannot be exchanged or returned at offline/retail outlets, and vice versa.
